Georgia Differential Residency Rate

We’re excited to offer reduced out-of-state tuition to many of our Georgia neighbors! All FGC programs require an online FGC Admission Application, processing of which is free. Almost all programs require an official high transcript, and limited access and baccalaureate programs require additional program applications. 

Differential Out-of-State Fee

If you reside in one of the Georgia counties below, you may be eligible for the Georgia Differential rate (in-state rate plus 5%). The table below the Counties shows the reduced per credit hour rate in comparison to the standard non-resident rate.

The Residency Request for Georgia Differential Out-of-State Fee Residency Affidavit must be completed and submitted to:
