Information Technology

The 60-credit-hour Computer Information Technology program prepares students for various roles, including microcomputer support specialist, help desk specialist, technical support specialist, software tester, and computer systems analyst. The program equips students with skills in configuring computer networks, using productivity software, diagnosing and upgrading Windows PCs, and applying problem-solving techniques in coding, testing, and maintenance. Students also gain knowledge of information security and its real-world applications. A guided degree pathway ensures students are prepared for graduation and transfer goals.
