Digital Media and Design, A.S. (DMDA-AS) 60 Credits

The Digital Media and Design A.S. program prepares students to become digital content creators in a technology-driven world. This program covers various subjects, including digital art, animation, motion graphics, design theories, digital photography, and video production. Through a project-based curriculum, students will not only gain proficiency in current digital media software but also have the opportunity to work on various projects, including those for real-world clients. By developing a diverse skill set, students will learn to create persuasive messages tailored to meet the needs of different audiences.

 

With three electives, our program has the flexibility to be tailored to the student’s specific interests. Also, there are three different college credit certificates built into the program. These are:

These opportunities include roles in digital content creation, computer illustration, animation, graphic design, multimedia production, social media design, digital photography, photo editing, video production, motion graphics production, web graphics creation, and desktop publishing.
